PUBLIC HEARING – SEASIDE SCHOOL DISTRICT #10’s LAND USE DECISION TO AMEND THE CITY OF SEASIDE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, ZONING ORDINANCE, AND ZONING MAP PRIOR TO ANNEXATION.  THIS IS NOT A SITE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST, BUT IT WILL MAKE THE AMENDMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE SCHOOL TO APPLY FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE FUTURE FOR DEVELOPING A CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL CAMPUS, Sheila Roley
