Seaside Administrative Assistant

The City of Seaside Administrative Assistant performs Secretarial, Clerical and related administrative services for the City Manager, Assistant to the City Manager/Human Resource Director and Mayor.


The Administrative Assistant records City Council and Improvement Commission proceedings and maintains official records of Council and Commission actions and recommendations.


The Administrative Assistant also prepares ordinances and resolutions and assist as needed the elections officer for the City, and files official City documents, contracts, resolutions, and ordinances.


The Administrative Assistant is in charge of the Proposed Special Events in the City of Seaside. If there are planned events in the City a form needs to be filled out and turned into City Hall for approval.
